| Special machine for the production of balls for valves. Numerical control CNC linear transfer machine. Full automatic cycle including loading - unloading. N° 2 balls produced per each machining cycle. Machining operations: • Boring / drilling • Rough turning • Diamond finishing • Chamfering (numerical control CNC patented system) • Milling the slot Options: • three – four ways drilling station • electronic tools wear control system Blanks: • forged balls • billets • bar Integrated electric cabinet with numerical control CNC and Pc – user interface by Windows XP operative system. Possibility to connect the machine with internet or modem, for remote assistance and diagnosis. Minimal lubrication system of the tools.
